Worth its 3 stars. The location is GREAT, the bed is comfortable. Hotel was very clean, being a few minutes' walk from the beach.

Perfect base for exploring Blackpool. Liked that tea/coffee making equipment, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities were included. Friendly owner running the hotel. All in all unbeatable setting.

The breakfast was satisfying, the location was ideal. Really enjoyed Dim Sum Cafe, it was next to the bnb and offered nice treats. The room was reasonably priced...
